We spent 11 days in Indiana this month. We decided to take all of Jim's two weeks of vacation at one time. Our niece was due to be born in July, so we planned to spend those two weeks in Indiana around the time she was due. It was a great trip and we loved getting to spend time with family and friends. I have so many pictures from that trip that I am going to split it into three different blog posts. Part One is pictures from when Grammy Tammy and Aunt Amy took the girls to the zoo (Amy took all of those pics and graciously let me copy them), Part Two will be pictures of our new niece, Kara, and Part Three will be all the other pictures from the trip.
So here are the pictures that Amy took during their trip to the zoo. The girls had a great time. I won't do captions since I wasn't there and they are pretty self-explanatory anyway.
Lena wore her flamingo shirt (even though I am told there aren't flamingos at the Fort Wayne Zoo anymore), and Eva wore the shirt that was purchased for Lena a couple of years ago that says "Junior Zookeeper, Fort Wayne Children's Zoo".
