First Trip to the Farmer's Market

Here are a few pics from the last couple of days.

I got out this dish tub to use to clear dishes on the evenings when we eat dinner out on the deck.  Somehow Lena got a hold of it and it has been her favorite toy ever since!  She loves to just sit in it, and sometimes she will put it over her head and laugh, and sometimes she will stand up and dance in it.  (See video at end of post.)

She's really into laundry baskets now too.

This morning the farmer's market opened in Middleville.  It's back to it's old location (last summer it was at the other end of town because of the construction on Main Street), so we are able to walk down there with the stroller.  As you can see, Lena was ready to go!

We have two beautiful purple tulips starting to open up on either side of our front steps.

Walking downtown.  Daddy always insists on pushing the stroller.

The farmer's market.  It's smaller now than it will be when veggies start being ready for sale.  Right now it was mostly plants.  I did buy a pound of locally-grown asparagus, and had it for dinner.  The grass is patchy here because they just got done doing construction on the Village Hall (the building on the far right.)

Plants growing out of boots.  Cute!

Our happy girl loving being out and about with her parents on a beautiful day.

Smiling at Daddy.

Oh, and I have posted our April pics on Picasa:

Here is a video I took the other day of Lena dancing in the dish tub.  I think this one was set to "HD", which I think means 30 frames per second.  I think it's the medium quality setting on the camera.
